For my current project I decided to play around with procedural assistance for model enhancement to optimise and reduce time taken to model and place manually.  Instancing also allows greater optimisation which increases the quality potential.

I used geometry node for a spline to populate the window curves with the ointments, allowing for rotation/scale/damage variation.

I made a fractured tile set up in Houdini then exported to blender and applied another geometry node that allowed variation. The points are exported to Unreal's instancing system, I then export the model variations and connect them in the blueprint.
